Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Noevira, including the Noevira mobile app, website, and related services. By using Noevira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Noevira.
Who provides Noevira
Noevira is provided by the developer identified on the App Store or Google Play listing for the app. Apple, Google, and other app-store providers are not parties to these Terms, but their own terms and policies may apply to downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and store accounts.
Use of the service
Noevira provides soundscapes, ambient audio tools, breathing exercises, planning tools, and wellness plans for general wellbeing, productivity, focus, relaxation, sleep support, and creative work. You are responsible for how you use the service and for deciding whether it is appropriate for your needs.
Not medical advice
Noevira is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, diagnosis, treatment, emergency, or crisis advice. The app is not a substitute for professional care. If you believe you may have a medical or mental-health condition, consult a qualified professional. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Eligibility
Noevira is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Noevira only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or in-app purchases. Pricing, free trials, renewals, cancellation, billing, and refunds are handled by the App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider. Unless the store terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your store account before the renewal date. Deleting the app or requesting deletion of app data does not cancel a subscription.
User content and settings
If you enter names, planning notes, preferences, onboarding answers, calendar blocks, goals, or other content into Noevira, you are responsible for that content. You grant Noevira the limited right to process that content and your settings as needed to provide, personalize, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
License and ownership
Noevira grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Noevira and its licensors retain all rights in the app, website, audio, designs, software, trademarks, text, and other materials, except for rights you retain in your own content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse Noevira or interfere with its operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to Noevira, its systems, or third-party systems.
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected parts of Noevira except where law allows.
- Use Noevira in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or harms others.
- Use Noevira for emergency, medical, diagnostic, or safety-critical purposes.
Third-party services
Noevira may depend on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, analytics, diagnostics, subscription management, hosting, and device operating systems. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Noevira is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
Changes and availability
Noevira may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and app-store rules. We may update these Terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
Disclaimers
Noevira is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, and availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noevira and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how Noevira handles information. By using Noevira, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.
Support, privacy, and account questions
Use the contact method listed in the Noevira App Store or Google Play listing for product support, subscription questions, privacy requests, or account questions. Account and data deletion information is covered in the Privacy Policy.
